The R&D team at BioSource consists of people who believe that "microorganisms and insects can change the feed industry." As early as 1998, when founder Dr. Hu Wenfeng was still teaching at South China Agricultural University, he began basic research on acidifiers and microecological preparations. Today, more than 20 years later, this team has expanded into a full-time R&D team consisting of 3 Ph.D.s, 7 Master's degree holders, and 5 Bachelor's degree holders. It also maintains long-term cooperation with scientific research institutions such as the Applied Microbiology Laboratory of the College of Food Science at South China Agricultural University, the College of Animal Science at South China Agricultural University, the School of Life Sciences at Sun Yat-sen University, the Institute of Animal Science at the Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Shenzhen University.
